employees. This means a specified amount of overtime is covered within a set period, as stipulated in the employment contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong>\u00a0An employee\u2019s contract includes <strong>10 overtime hours per month.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Overtime flat rates can be defined for each employee within their working hours model. If multiple employees share the same working hours model, it can be saved as a <strong>template<\/strong> and assigned to multiple employees simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p>You can also create a working hours model for each employee under <strong>Data Administration &gt; Users<\/strong>. In the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Overtime Caps and Flat Rates&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0section, you can define <strong>new rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For overtime flat rates, the rule\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Overtime Included&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0applies. You specify the <strong>calculation period<\/strong> (daily, weekly, or monthly) and the <strong>number of included hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any overtime exceeding the flat rate is considered as additional overtime and is accumulated by the employee. The included hours within the flat rate are deducted. This can be tracked in the timesheet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
